Asset disposal committee
This is the committee that coordinates with the disposal committee at the faculty level for the disposal activities. Basically, the disposal activities can be divided into two major categories. The first dispodal activity involving the disposal of documents. All document are kept at least 5 years. After 5 years, these document will be disposal accordingly to financial and non-financial document. Another disposal activity involving disposal of asset and inventory. Basically it involves disposal of those unable to repair and maintenaned asset or inventory.
Laboratory matter committee
This is the committee that coordinates between the teaching and technical staff. The committee member also will be appointed as the official escort officer for any event that involves the laboratory visit at the programme level.

Conference ICADME 2023 committee
International Conference on Applications & Design in Mechanical Engineering is organised by Mechanical Engineering Programme once in two years duration. This is the committee representing The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering & Technology for any discussion with the library of UniMAP. Also, if there is any event that is organised by the library, the related information will be shared among the faculty members through this committee members.
Manager of safety, environment, and health
The appointment is effective from 21 December 2022. This is the position to manage the committee of safety, environment and health within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering & Technology. This committee is involving in the planning and implementation of the policies related to safety, environmental and health. If there is any report of an accident involving the students, staff and visitors within the area of the faculty, an investagation will be carried out by this committee.
